Rapid Bake Loaf with the Panasonic SD2501-WXC Breadmaker

If you’re thinking of buying a breadmaker, but are worried about how hard it is to use, today I show you how to use the Panasonic SD2501-WXC to make a delicious loaf of fresh bread.

It takes less time than you’d think to get a loaf of bread on and less than 2 hours to bake. I’m making a “small” loaf today.

Let’s get started!

Grab your stuff

Get all the things you’ll need.

Grab the pan, mearing spoon and cup and the paddle…

Hi, it is a lovely loaf. I wonder if you can help. As I have just bought this model and my bread would rise. I tried 5 times. 4 using rapid 1 using normal. I have changed the yeast and now just change the flour. I am wondering what have o done wrong that it did not turn out well? Asni am changed the flour, the bread seem to have rise abit but it is a rather flat loaf. Nothing like your? Could it be the water?

Sorry, I have no idea…you need to make sure you’re using strong white bread flour. I just get mine from the local supermarket, all brands seem to be similar. As for water, I’m just using water from the tap..
